We are currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to work in our Campus Services and Business Operations for this exciting opportunity. Do you have experience working on construction and capital building projects?  Have you managed project activities from pre-design through construction implementation?  Do you take pride in your superior project management skills? In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient administration of capital construction projects and coordinating the day-to-day activities in the on-going process from pre-design services through design development, construction, commissioning, and close-out of Capital Building Projects while ensuring that elements of the Clients/Users needs are incorporated into the design and construction of the project.  You will use your strong project management skills to ensure smooth flow of information and activities relating to the project.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:

Degree(s) and professional license in Engineering or Architecture is required. Accreditation as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset, as are accreditations in Financial Management and/or certification in construction contract law.  Along with a minimum of ten years relevant professional experience in construction project development and management.
